From an idea born from the cooperation with “Neropaco”, the poetry of wood meets the strong character of concrete in an elegantly sophisticated ceramic marriage. Two apparently distant materials find their balance between forms and design, ideally suited to living contexts rich in personal, modern charm. Wood grains mix into the concrete, making it vibrant and delicate, damping down that apparent hardnes of a surface that all too often is associated to cold, urban contexts. The resulting texture, dynamic and original, fills the space discreetly, adapting to modern, linear living contexts. The original vision of the Sfrido ceramic surface is ideal for residential or commercial spaces in which design enters discreetly and never making a fuss. A harmonious relationship between shapes and colours, delicate and “dusty”, creating sophisticated linear combinations, giving a contemporary connotation and an understated, “soft” appearance to the whole. The blend of two original materials in the collection, concrete and wood, comes out particularly in the decorations: the cold, neutral shades of concrete blend discreetly with the wood grains that cross the ceramic surface: lines and small fragments of frake move geometrically or randomly, bringing a new self-expression to the material.
