During the last two years, we have followed closely the infection and hospitalization rates, taken rigorous precautions, adhered to State Mandates, and followed CDC recommendations. Through all of these actions we have kept an incredibly low infection rate at our Plymouth headquarters, and thusly, have been able to provide consistently for our clients our high level of service — even during these unprecedented times.
At the height of Pandemic lockdowns, the result of following safety protocols for our showroom meant switching to an Appointment-Only model. The result was not just better traffic flow and more safety, but it was more focused and productive client meetings. In the end, we don’t want the most shopping experiences, we want the best ones! In so many ways, appointments make that possible.
We also learned new efficiencies and have adapted to provide a robust range of services to our clients. These added services align with our commitment to providing you with a superior shopping and service experience. You can expect these offerings to be available long after COVID19 fades into the past!

Customer Service & Warehouse Resources
We are open 7a-4:30p Mon-Fri and continue to offer minimal contact resources: virtual presentations, curbside sample pickup, order staging, dropshipping, and online bill pay.
As a reminder: All Departments, including Warehouse, are closed on Saturday and Sunday!
